This site is provided by Jim Campbell, a 36-year veteran of the appliance repair field and a master technician for all types of major appliances and refrigeration. Jim started “The Virtual Repairman” website in 1996 to help consumers become more self-sufficient when it comes to appliance problems, and has helped millions of people since then by providing advice and access to repair parts.
