Miele was one of four companies awarded the Outstanding Employer achievement by the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA). Miele was recognized as a company who demonstrates a creative and forward-looking approach to managing its human resources.

Princeton, New Jersey serves as Miele�s U.S. headquarters. Approximately 200 of Miele�s 424 employees are based out of this location and 36% of employees have been with the company for at least 10 years.
