Hello VR
Water supply is good, I installed a new fill valve (I assumed before I tested), I bypassed the float switch, and yet the new valve is not opening. My voltmeter tells me there is no power going to the terminals on the inlet valve or to the float switch at the beginning of the cycle or on rinse and hold. All other functions seem to work, motor, heating element, etc. The old and new water inlet valve just won't let water in. What do I check next?
She's close to 30 years old but worked well up to now, time for retirement?
Thanks
