                                      You can breathe new life into that unit for around $122.  The new style motor/pump assembly shown below replaces the old one in your dishwasher to make it like new again, and quieter too!&lt;br /&gt;

                                      My dishwasher leaks a small amount of water when it drains. The water comes from the center of the unit, dripping (I think) from where a metal piece is screwed into a plastic tub. Is this something I can fix myself? If not, will the repair cost more than the value of the  unit (it was installed around 1998)? Thanks![/img]</description>
