Well, read some of the posts and get an idea...you need a proper meter if you intend to find out anything.

No heat conditions can include the following:
1. Incorrect power to unit (Dryer will run on 120 volts, just not heat)
2. Bad element
3. Bad thermostat
4. Open thermal fuse (near heater)

This is what you would be checking with your OHM meter. You'll find Neptune style dryer manuals (slope-front) in the Repair Manual Forum, which is accessible at the lower right Jump box on any page.
Help. No idea what to do. Tried circuit breaker on and off. Power to dryer is fine and it does run. Just no heat. Also odd is that dryer interior light only comes on and stays on for about 1 second when door is opened, then you hear something like a switch/relay clicking, and the light goes out. Been doing that for a while though even when heat did work. What to do. Unit is about 10 years old.
