In the field, we use a particular type of lubricating oil that is suitable for all appliance applications involving bearings. This includes, dryer rollers, idler pulleys, washer timers, pumps and motors. This oil comes in a plastic applicator bottle with a 14" telescopic tip that reaches way back into difficult areas. It is perfect for air conditioner fan motors as well.
Right now, I am giving away a bottle of this oil with every Whirlpool, Kenmore and KitchenAid dryer maintenance kit you purchase. Free oil in a stunted economy...now that's a stimulus plan!
Only $1.89 if purchased separately.
