| The soap dispensor door does not open and I checked the mechanical parts that operate it. There does not seem to be anything broken and it will operate manually. How do I test the electrical ? |

In the field, we use a pre-made test cord to apply house current to the dispenser actuator. This is easily performed if you simply remove the inner door panel and take it to your test area. The test cord consists of any old lamp cord which is cut and has a spade terminal attached to each wire end which will match the male terminals on the actuator.
With the soap door closed, apply power to the actuator and wait 60 seconds. If the latch has not opened. replace the draw bar. (Draw bar, electronic, part # 3369448). We show only 1 available at any of our warehouses, and apparently no one else has them. Sometimes manufacturers will phase out parts after 15 years. |
