| Gas dryde Model #MDG9306AWW, Ser#10799983UH Dryer won't shut off in either automatic dry or timed dry. What is the cause? |

What is the cause? You must find out yourself....As with all technical questions on this forum, a volt-ohm meter is required to make tests.
I would start by checking for 120 volts at the timer motor leads on the timer. If there is 120 volts showing to the timer motor in the Timed Dry cycle, then the timer is bad if it does not advance. The timer motor is the small silver disc on the back of the timer with 2 black wires coming from it.
