I have a Whirlpool Calypso. My grandfather was a part of a trade group and he spent $800 on a Whilpool Calypso Washer/Dryer combo. The man who sold it said it was slow to fill up with water, but it worked fine and he could send the part ASAP to fix the slow fill up process. I plugged it in for the first time today and it doesn't do anything. It fills up with water for 1/2 a second and displays a CE diagnostic code. Can anyone please help me to fix this problem? A troubleshooting manual would be nice too if anyone has a PDF file or something.

The CE code means a bad control board in most cases, but you will have to run several tests which are mentioned in the tech sheet inside the machine, or you can download my own copy of the manual HERE.

Please support my free help by ordering thru my posted links below, keeping in mind that my parts sources allow you to return a part if it does not fix the problem...for up to a year!
