Actually, you are allowed one service call for free from the manuafacturer to assess the problem. I recommend you use your new User Guide to call your manufacturer and have them arrange a free visit. I'm not avoiding your question, I just don't think you should tamper with a warranty product, that's all.
You have read some of the posts about machines that won't stay balanced by using my search feature above. It will give you all the insight you meed to see what various things can cause the problem. |
