I guess everybody ignores my rules and expects me to do generic guesswork then, eh? Sorry, I am so tired of seeing people get bad advice on other sites just because the product can't be identified. In the appliance world, a topload washer is made 50 different ways. All cars have wheels, but they are not generic.

For generic questions like this, my website mentions a lot about the dual surge agitators. The top half is driven by cam dogs and only ratchets one way, while the base oscillates 60 degrees back and forth.
