Refunds & Returns Policy-

 

You may return any item in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price within 15 days of receiving your order.

Electrical parts that have been plugged-in are classified as having been installed and do not qualify for return, nor do special-order items of any nature.

THE PACKING SLIP OR A COPY OF THE SALES INVOICE MUST BE SENT WITH ANY RETURNED ITEMS & REASON FOR RETURN MUST BE INCLUDED.  THE RETURN ADDRESS IS WRITTEN ON THE PACKING SLIP. IF YOU ORDERED  FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU MAY RETURN THE PARTS TO THE ADDRESS BELOW.  REPAIR MANUALS AND TOOLS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR SCRATCHED, DENTED, BROKEN OR OTHERWISE DAMAGED ITEMS. SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS WE MADE A MISTAKE IN YOUR ORDER, IN WHICH CASE WE WILL COVER ALL CHARGES.
